12 State Service Delivery Regions - Used for Non-Special MegaVoltage Radiation Therapy, Basic and Intermediate Neonatal Services, Obsterical Services, Home Health Services, and Nursing Facilities need projections.

13 Health Planning Areas - Used for PET Scanner, Ambulatory Surgical Centers need projections.
