This workgroup focuses on standardizing processes, reducing variation, and improving outcomes for our members, healthcare systems, and partner organizations. We believe that this collaborative effort will enhance our overall effectiveness and make a positive impact on the communities we serve.

Logistics:

• Meeting Schedule: The General CPI Workgroup will convene the quarterly on the third Wednesday of the given month, with our inaugural meeting scheduled for March 19th, 2024. Subsequent meetings will be held in June, September, and December.
• Meeting Time: 11 a.m. to 12 p.m.
• Agenda Requests: To ensure that our discussions align with the needs of all stakeholders, we will send out a request for agenda items a month in advance of each meeting. Your input is invaluable, and we want to address the topics that matter most to you.
• Reminders: A follow-up reminder and the agenda will be sent one to two weeks prior to each meeting to help each other prepare and make the most of our time together.
