Managed Care Patient's Rights

House Bill 1013, signed by Governor Brian P. Kemp on April 4, 2022, transfers the duties under the Patient's Rights to Independent Review Act from DCH to the Georgia Office of Commissioner of Insurance and Safety Fire.
