Farmworker Health Program
The mission of the Georgia Farmworker Health Program (GFHP) is to improve the quality of life of Georgia’s Migratory and Seasonal Agricultural workers (MSAWs) and their families by providing high-quality, culturally sensitive and appropriate health care to agricultural workers using all available financial, human, and technological resources.

The Georgia Farmworker Health Program provides primary
health care services for 21 rural counties at six sites:

The Health Care for the Homeless Program (HCHP) provides primary health care services in Atlanta and Savannah. Services include, but not limited to:
- Treatment of minor illnesses/injuries
- Education on preventive health care practices
- Physical assessments/health screenings
- Evaluation of mental health status
- Referral for services not available at site
- Dental Care Services (available on-site at specified locations)
