The Department of Community Health (DCH) outsources most of its business operations to external entities referred to as Contractors, Grantees or Vendors. The primary goal of the Strategic Sourcing Unit is to ensure the procurement of products and services for its business operations follow the Seven Stages of Procurement methodology set forth by the GPM.
