GL-PL INSURANCE SUPPLEMENTAL REPORTS

Effective July 1, 2018, the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) approved that nursing facility providers will receive their FYE June 30, 2018 cost of general and professional liability insurance in their current per diem rates.

For the FYE June 30, 2021 Cost Report period, the General Liability and Professional Liability Insurance detail questions have been incorporated into the Cost Report Template for Freestanding and Hospital-Based nursing facilities.
