2023 Meeting Agenda, Handouts & Presentations

The P4HB demonstration waiver was renewed for another 10-year period, starting September1, 2019. As part of the special terms and conditions (STCs) from the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS), it is required that a post award forum be held within 1 year of the start of the new demonstration period. Annually thereafter the forum shall take place within a Medical Care Advisory Committee (MCAC) meeting. The next MCAC meeting is scheduled for August 16, 2023 and the P4HB post award forum will be held during that meeting. Attached in this announcement is the most recent annual report .
