2024 Meeting Agenda, Handouts & Presentations

The P4HB demonstration waiver was renewed for another 10-year period, starting September 1, 2019. As part of the special terms and conditions (STCs) from the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS), it is required that a post award forum be held within one year of the start of the new demonstration period. Annually thereafter, the forum shall take place within a Medical Care Advisory Committee (MCAC) meeting. The next MCAC meeting is scheduled for August 14, 2024, and will address the P4HB post award public comments. DCH will receive comments from now until August 12, 2024. Attached in this announcement is the most recent P4HB Annual Monitoring Report.
