The DCH, Medical Assistance Plans, Home and Community Based Waiver team invites current participants, providers, advocates, and the general public to participate in one of two ICWP waiver renewal listening sessions. Participants will be encouraged to provide suggestions and ideas for improvements to the services provided by the Independent Care Waiver Program.
