In FY2022, Keisha implemented a new source of Casualty leads from the motor vehicle accident reports that identified 1,757 FFS members that had not reported their accident to the Department. Keisha will be monitoring and reporting recoveries in the near future for this new source. The TPL Unit identified over $6.4 million in claims associated with these cases that should result in increased recoveries in FY2023.
