Planning for Healthy Babies Post Award Forum

The P4HB demonstration waiver was renewed for another 10-year period, starting September 1, 2019. As part of the special terms and conditions (STC’s) from the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS), it is required that a post award forum be held within 1 year of the start of the new demonstration period and take place within a Medical Care Advisory Committee (MCAC) meeting. The P4HB Post Award Forum will be held during the next MCAC meeting scheduled for August 12, 2020 from 10 a.m. - 11 a.m. Location and agenda will be posted at a later date under the DCH MCAC meeting page. Please use the form at the bottom of the page to submit questions or comments pertaining to the P4HB Annual Report.
