DCH Electronic Visit Verification (EVV) Townhall

Georgia Department of Community Health (DCH) Electronic Visit Verification (EVV) Sessions,

For the scheduled Electronic Visit Verification (EVV) townhalls, the Department of Community Health (DCH) will be providing status updates regarding the implementation. DCH will spend the majority of these townhalls addressing the most current issues that Providers and Members are facing during implementation and provide time for question and answer (Q&A) to help Providers move forward. DCH wants to ensure we know what you need, you know where to find resources, and everyone is clear on the path forward.

These townhalls will be virtual, interactive sessions, so come prepared to collaborate with DCH and Conduent | Tellus. We welcome your questions, input, and feedback during these townhalls and throughout the entire EVV process.

If you are unable to attend a single session during this period, most sessions have a daytime and an evening session option. DCH will present the same information in either daytime or evening option, but please note questions from participants will vary. 

A recorded version of the session will also be available on the DCH website following the each townhall.
