The Healthcare Facilities Regulation Division (HFRD) of the Georgia Department of Community Health (DCH) has immediate openings for Nurse Surveyors who help inspect healthcare facilities for rules and regulations compliance. Minimum requirements include:
- Being a Registered Professional Nurse, OR
- Having a Bachelor’s degree in nursing from accredited college or university, AND 5 years of experience as a Registered Nurse.
These full-time positions have limited direct patient contact and qualify for all state employment benefits including 12 paid holidays, paid vacation time, health insurance, retirement plans, and more. Additionally, a geographic pay supplement is available for the following counties: Banks, Barrow, Bartow, Carroll, Cherokee, Clarke, Clayton, Cobb, Coweta, Dawson, DeKalb, Douglas, Fayette, Forsyth, Fulton, Gwinnett, Hall, Haralson, Henry, Jackson, Lumpkin, Newton, Oconee, Paulding, Pickens, Polk, Rockdale, Spalding, Walton, and White.
