DCH Electronic Visit Verification (EVV) Townhall
An overview and demonstration of the State Electronic Visit Verification (EVV) solution registration process and an open forum to answer your EVV-related questions with Brian Dowd from the Department of Community Health (DCH) & representation from Conduent in partnership with Tellus, DCH’s EVV Solution Vendor.
During this month’s DCH’s upcoming EVV townhalls, DCH and Tellus will be walking through the registration process for the Georgia EVV solution, which includes:
- Registering for the billing account for Providers and administrators
- Registering a user for caregivers, aides, and additional administrators
This townhall will be focused on necessary steps for EVV-impacted Providers, administrators, caregivers, aides, and fiscal intermediaries. All EVV-impacted Medicaid Members are welcome to join us if you would like to learn about the EVV registration process or have questions for the question-and-answer portion of the townhall. Unless you are self-directed, you will not be required to register.
These townhalls will be virtual and interactive sessions. So, please come prepared to collaborate with DCH and Conduent | Tellus. We welcome your questions, input, and feedback during these townhalls and throughout the entire EVV process.
If you are unable to attend this session, an additional session will be held on Thursday, April 1st at 6:00 pm EST. *DCH will present the same information in both townhalls, but questions will vary.*
A recorded version of the session will also be available on the DCH website following the townhall.
