Ha truly went above and beyond in assisting contracts administration with the design, training, and implementation of the new process for requesting certain contract actions. She became an expert in this new system in a very short period of time and helped all units that perform functions related to the contracts process stay on track to complete numerous design sessions and prepare a training for all business owners of DCH contracts in a very short period of time. Ha's expertise, patience, solution-oriented nature in problem solving as issues arose, and pleasant nature were all instrumental in this critical project being completed successfully!
