Daphanie began working with the Department of Community Health 20 years ago as a data analyst. Over the last two decades, she has served in several capacities working in Finance, the State Health Benefit Plan and the Office of Information Technology. She also took a break from state government and held a Research Associate position with Georgia State University’s Health Policy Center. Daphanie holds a Computer Information Systems degree from Georgia State University, which supports her interest of solving operational problems with data and system design.

Daphanie is extremely excited about the opportunity the creation of the Office of Analytics and Program Improvement brings to the Department. She looks forward to working with the OAPI team to bring about positive change in the way the Department uses data to support and improve how we deliver services to our members.
