DCH Celebrates the Power of Customer Service

The Department of Community Health would not be able to provide its wide range of programs and services to the citizens of Georgia without the contributions of every person on our team. Customer Service is at the heart and soul of everything we do at DCH, both internally through one of many critical enterprise support functions, and externally by ensuring our providers and plan members receive the support they need to navigate a very complex health care system. Through your work and commitment to the agency’s mission, we are able to positively affect the lives of Georgians.  During this unprecedented time, DCH team members continue to go above and beyond to deliver quality customer service to our internal and external customers. This year, we celebrate The Power of Service and all you do to make a difference in the lives of the customers we serve.
