DCH Now Accepting Public Input for the Rural Health Transformation Program

The Georgia Department of Community Health is now accepting public input on ideas that will potentially shape the Rural Health Transformation Program grant process. Ideas are being accepted from now until August 29, 2025. All submissions will be reviewed after that time, and DCH may reach out for further information.
