Medicaid Member Residency Verification

Notice to Georgia Medicaid Members: DCH’s Special Investigations Unit within the Office of Inspector General is currently verifying the Georgia residency of select members who have been reported to be receiving Medicaid benefits in Georgia and other states. Correspondence will be mailed in April 2025 by or on behalf of the Georgia Department of Community Health to verify individual residency. If you receive this mailing, please respond immediately to this very important matter.
