Georgia Families is a program that provides health care services to enrolled members of Medicaid and PeachCare for Kids. It is a partnership between the Department of Community Health and three health care plans, also known as private care management organizations (CMOs). The plans are: Amerigroup Community Care, Peach State Health Plan and WellCare.
