DCH Seeks 1115 and 1332 Waiver Consulting Services

Since the passage of the Patients First Act during the 2019 legislative session, the Georgia Department of Community Health (DCH) has been working with its Office of Procurement Services (OPS) to identify the appropriate path to pursue to engage consulting services to support the work outlined in the Act. On May 6, 2019, DCH issued a Statement of Need through OPS to six firms that are currently under statewide contract with the Department of Administrative Services. Those firms will be invited to submit a letter of intent if they are interested in pursuing this work, followed by a written proposal and an on-site presentation.
