Feedback on COVID-19 Telehealth Services in Medicaid and PeachCare for Kids
On March 17, 2020, in response to the National Declaration of a Public Health State of Emergency caused by the COVID-19 pandemic, DCH waived certain policies to expand the use of telehealth in diagnosis and treatment in order to reduce the risk of exposure to Medicaid/PeachCare for Kids members and providers. DCH is providing the survey below to garner feedback on the experiences of providers and members in the delivery and receipt of services through telehealth.
