 re how their funded projects are improving access to health care in rural 
 Georgia. Attendees are invited to submit questions upon registration which
  will be addressed during the webinar. \n\nThe GREAT Health Program is su
 pported by the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) of the U.S. 
 Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) as part of a financial assis
 tance award totaling $218\,862\,169.63 with 100 percent funded by CMS/HHS.
