Bid Opportunities with State Purchasing Division

The State Purchasing Division (SPD) has issued a Request for Proposal (RFP) on behalf of the Department of Community Health (DCH) for the provision of a Medical Coordination Program for Medicaid members who are aged, blind or disabled. The successful Offeror is expected to achieve DCH’s health care goals and Member health outcomes, serve as an administrative agent of the State, and develop and implement DCH-approved cost-effective Utilization programs.

The Department is seeking competitive responses from vendors who can provide innovative and value-based solutions to meet these objectives.
