Streamlined Claims Process
- Identified an area of improvement for streamlining the claims process across all CMOs.
- Formalizing a ‘reconsideration’ step for Care Source. Formalization includes updating CMO website, provider portal and creating an SOP for team members to follow.
- Setting all reconsideration time frames to be the same for all three CMOs.
- Process will be formalized before June 2023.
