Streamlined Claims Process

  • Identified an area of improvement for streamlining the claims process across all CMOs.
  • Formalizing a ‘reconsideration’ step for Care Source. Formalization includes updating CMO website, provider portal and creating an SOP for team members to follow.
  • Setting all reconsideration time frames to be the same for all three CMOs.
  • Process will be formalized before June 2023.
