- Georgia Farmworker Health Program (GFHP):
The Georgia Farmworker Health Program (GFHP) was created to improve the general health status of Georgia's migrant and seasonal farmworkers (MSFWs) and their families by:
- Providing cost effective, culturally appropriate primary health care
- Arranging for other levels of health care through collaboration and advocacy
- Working collaboratively with local organizations and groups
GFHP provides primary health care services for 21 rural counties at six sites:

- Health care for the Homeless Program (HCHP)
The Health care for the Homeless Program (HCHP) provides primary health care services in Atlanta and Savannah, at such sites as shelters and soup kitchens. Services include:
- Treatment for minor illnesses/injuries
- Physical assessments/health screenings
- Evaluation of mental health status
- Referral for services not available on site
- Education on preventive health care practices
HCHP provides primary health care services at the following project sites in Atlanta and Savannah, Georgia:
