Georgia Enhanced Care
Georgia Enhanced Care is a disease management program for members of the Social Security Disabled (SSI) population of Medicaid. It serves members with chronic illnesses such as diabetes, congestive heart failure, asthma, coronary artery disease, hemophilia and schizophrenia.
