In February 2006, Commissioner Medows created the Office of Inspector General (OIG). The OIG’s mission is to safeguard DCH from risk, both internally and externally. The Inspector General is Robert M. Finlayson, III. The Deputy Inspector General is George C. Panos. The OIG Division consists of (4) Units: Program Integrity Unit, Audit Unit, Internal Investigations Unit and Medicaid Investigations Unit.
