Quantity Level Limits

To locate the quantity level limit attached to each of the covered medications in the Medicaid program, go to: www.ghp.georgia.com, click on the “provider information” tab, then in the box titled Medicaid Provider Manuals click on “view full text” and then select “pharmacy services” from the list provided. The quantity level limits are in Appendix B of the document.
