Richard Holmes has been a member of the Board of Community Health since 1999. He was elected Chairman in August 2006. As Chairman, he also serves as a member of the State Commission on the Efficacy of the Certificate of Need Program.
Richard is Senior Vice President of Metro Atlanta Region for Georgia Power. He joined Georgia Power in 1974. In his current role, he has operational responsibilities for Georgia Power’s 1.2 million customers in the metropolitan Atlanta area. This responsibility includes electric operations, sales and marketing, customer service/business offices, governmental relations, and community and economic development. In 2004, Richard served as the Corporate Compliance Officer for the company.
He earned his BBA from Columbus State University and his MBA from Atlanta University. He also completed the Harvard University Business School Program for Management Development.
Richard also serves on the boards of Literacy Action, Kennesaw State University Foundation, American Association of Blacks in Energy, Atlanta Branch NAACP, Atlanta Beltline Partnership, McPherson Local Planning Redevelopment Authority Board, and the Atlanta Police Foundation. In 1999, he served as Chairman of the Cobb Chamber of Commerce, becoming the first African-American to lead the second largest chamber of commerce in Georgia.
Richard is a graduate of Leadership Georgia, Leadership Atlanta, Leadership Cobb, Leadership Columbus and the Regional Leadership Institute.
A native of Columbus, Georgia, Richard and his wife Linda reside in Peachtree City and have two sons, Stephen and Mark.

Mason is the founder of HINRI Ventures, a health care nanotechnology venture capital firm. He volunteers with humanitarian groups such as the Georgia Free Clinic Network, the Mercy Board and the Samaritan's Board, which he founded. Mason earned his undergraduate degree in industrial and systems engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology and his graduate degree in business administration from the University of Pennsylvania's Wharton School. His education also includes summer programs at Oxford University in Oxford, England, and Middlebury College in Middlebury, Vermont.

English is a member of the American Academy of Pediatrics. He is also a member of the Georgia Master Gardeners Association, the Native Plant Society of Georgia, and the American Camellia Society. English earned a Bachelors degree from the University of Georgia and a medical degree from the Medical College of Georgia.

Kim Gay

Gay is the president and CEO of Medinet of Georgia and Associated Provider Services. She also serves on the board of trustees for Medallion Health Management and Medeasy, Inc. Gay is a member of the Georgia Medicaid Task Force on Wound Care, the Georgia Nursing Home Association, the Georgia Homecare Association, the Healthcare Industry Distributors Association, the American College of Healthcare Executives, the National Association for the Support of Long Term Care, the American Healthcare Association, Women Healthcare Executives and the Atlanta and Gwinnett Chambers of Commerce. She received her bachelor's degree from Georgia College and State University. Gay also attended advanced classes in the executive education program at the Goizueta Business School of Emory University.

Ann McKee Parker, PhD.

Parker is the Vice President of Human Resources and the Corporate Psychologist for Waffle House, Inc. Previously, she was a staff psychologist for Corporate Psychology Resources and operated her own practice. Parker taught at Southwest High School and served on the faculty of Mercer University, Agnes Scott College, and Georgia State University. She is a member of the Georgia Psychological Association Ethics Committee and former president of the Georgia Psychological Association. Parker is the founder and corporate secretary of the Georgia Network of Psychologists. She has three children.

Riddle retired as president of Wachovia Bank of Georgia and previously served as president of the First National Bank of Atlanta. He served as chairman of National Service Industries and director of both AGL Resources, Inc. and Atlantic American Corporation. Riddle earned a bachelor’s degree from the Georgia Institute of Technology. He and his wife, Patricia, have two grown children.

Robinson is the founder and CEO of Rockdale Transport Services, Inc., a service intermediary in interstate refrigerated transportation. He earned bachelors and masters degrees in accounting from the University of Georgia. Previously, he practiced public accounting and served as an executive of the Snapper division of Fuqua Industries, Inc., a NYSE company. His public service includes the U.S. Army, the Rockdale County Hospital Authority, and the Rockdale County Commission. Robinson and his wife, Lyn, have two adult children and four grandchildren.

Rose is a consultant with Rose Healthcare Consulting. He is a fellow of the American College of Healthcare Executives and a senior active member of the Conyers Rotary Club. He is a past chairman of the Conyers-Rockdale Chamber of Commerce and the Georgia Hospital Association. He is a former board member of the Georgia State Board of Nursing Home Administrators and the Georgia Hospital Insurance Agency, Inc. Rose earned a bachelor’s degree from Randolph-Macon College and a master’s degree in hospital administration from the Medical College of Virginia. He and his wife, Marsha, have two children.
