Access 2003 or 2007 Users May Receive Security Warning Messages - If you have Access 2003 or 2007, you may get one or more security warning messages when you open the survey database. You can safely ignore these messages, or you can disable them. See the “Frequently Asked Questions” link on the survey download page for more details.
Access 2007 Users Please Note: Users of Access 2007 may receive error messages when running the View Error Messages feature from the Signature Form of certain 2006 and SFY 2007 surveys. Access 2007 should click the link below for information regarding a solution to the error messages.
