Enhancements
The following enhancements were also made to reduce calculation errors and circular references experienced during completion of the cost report:
- Page i
- Drop down menu added to item 1 to automatically populates the name of the home office. The Home Office must answer the question “Is the Name Correct” in order to accurately capture the current name of the home office. If the name is incorrect, the home office will be prompted to enter in the current name.
- Check Figures Tab
- Row added to automatically calculate the amount of variance between categories when “Numbers Do Not Tie” exception is indicated.
The electronic versions of the Corporate Home Office cost report, questionnaire and checklist are available in Microsoft Excel format. The instructions are in Adobe Acrobat format.
