Eligibility Criteria
PeachCare for Kids™ is available for children up to age 18 in families who meet the following criteria:

| Annual Income Level | $23,000 | $31,020 | $39,024 | $47,004 |
- For each additional family member, add $682 per month or $8,184 per year.
- Income amounts are based on 235 percent of the Federal Poverty Guidelines as of 2008.
- PeachCare for Kids™ accepts self-declaration of income. However, new and renewing accounts are randomly selected for documentation of income. Eligibility is dependent on the successful completion of this documentation.
- State employees are not eligible for PeachCare for Kids™ due to federal restrictions established for the State Children's Health Insurance Program (SCHIP).
