1/7/2010 - The Rules and Regulations for Personal Care Homes (formerly Chapter 290-5-35 of the Department of Human Resources), have been repealed and new rules, Chapter 111-8-62 of the Department of Community Health, have been adopted and became effective December 9, 2009.

Please note that where PDF versions of the rules are provided on this web site, they are unofficial copies of the rules that have been reformatted and compiled for the convenience of the public by Department of Community Health.
