Business Continuity
The Georgia Department of Community Health (DCH) has been preparing for the 2009 flu season through vaccinations, helpful prevention tips and up-to-date flu information. And now another way DCH is prepared for flu season – COOP or the Continuity of Operations Plan. COOP is the blueprint for how DCH employees can work under unusual circumstances that may occur during flu season. Should DCH or just your department need to enact COOP, your manager will notify you and your team with instructions.
