Health Reimbursement Arrangement (HRA)
CIGNA and UHC Members - Member and spouse (over age 18) may each earn up to $125 in HRA account credits for a total of $250 by taking the online health assessment (HA) and getting an annual wellness exam by an in-network provider. The member and spouse may each earn $25 for taking the HA only. There will be no HRA account credit awarded to the member or spouse for getting the annual wellness exam only or if the annual wellness exam is done by an out-of-network provider.
Remember to consult your physician prior to starting any exercise program.

What can we do about our health?
- Exercise - Thirty minutes of exercise or three 10-minute sessions of exercise daily (five times/week) can help prevent diabetes, stroke and heart disease
- Eat well - Include plenty of fruits and vegetables, and whole grains
- Drinking water throughout the day may help keep you full
