Access 2007 Users Please Note:
Division of Health Planning survey databases may have used an expression in the database's validation rules that Access 2007 considers unsafe. Even when the database is in a “trusted location” Access 2007 does not allow the rule to validate the information a survey respondent has entered and therefore will not run the Error Message report preventing the user from completing the survey.
A “patch” database has been created that will correct this problem for users of Access 2007 who are having trouble with completing the survey at the Signature Form. In order to download and install the patch please click the link below and follow the same instructions used for downloading and installing a survey database.
