GTA/DCH TPA and System Integration RFP
The Georgia Technology Authority, the Department of Community Health and the Board of Regents are releasing Amendment#4 to the originally published RFP# GTA -0000-11. A summarized table of all amendment changes is contained within the first document following the official GTA Amendment Announcement.
Please note the following major revisions in Amendment #4:
- The date for the Intent To Bid Letter has been changed to April 4, 2001.
- The majority of changes included in Amendment #4 reflect GTA/DCH/BOR responses to questions asked by vendors either during the questions and answers period or during the RFP Bidder's Conference.
- Clarifications are included in Amendment #4 to provide more information to the vendors or to identify additions to sections in the RFP and Appendices.
