Brief Description

This project would be an expansion of the existing Health Center Programs including:

  • Community Health Centers
  • Migrant Health Centers
  • Health Care for the Homeless
  • Public Housing Primary Care

Funding will support the expansion of clinic hours, increase in the availability of pharmaceuticals, outreach and health education and other vital clinic needs to address the increasing demands of the underserved.
